Designed to be dipped in sambhar and coconut chutney.

Light & fluffy fritters made from split urad dal, seasoned with cumin seeds, onion and curry leaves.
Served with traditional condiments.

with aromatic cardamom, pepper and saffron, cooked on slow fire for hours.
