with a tempering of turmeric and homegrown curry leaves.

Dark red chilli is pan roasted with seeds of fenugreek, coriander and black pepper, ground to a aromatic masala. Curry leaves in puttered coconut oil gives a distinct zing to the chicken. Finished with coconut milk, allowed to slowly simmer to perfection.
